As a Customer Success Representative within our Independent Hotels team, you'll manage relationships with hundreds of hotels, driving their success through personalized support and strategic guidance. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring hoteliers maximize their potential with trivago's products and services.

By proactively supporting the onboarding and education of our hotel clients, you will help them increase their revenue opportunities. Take your next career steps with us and apply today!


  • Build and nurture strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of several hundred hotels, ensuring their satisfaction and success with trivago's products
  • Drive customer engagement through outbound calling, helping partners optimize their presence and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and deliver engaging webinars to hotel partners, showcasing best practices and driving product adoption
  • Maintain detailed account records and utilize our CRM tools to prioritize tasks and track customer interactions effectively
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve customer challenges and contribute to process improvements
  • Handle account management responsibilities including invoice collection and relationship maintenance

  • Native-level German proficiency with fluent English skills (our company language)
  • 1-2 year' proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Experience with CRM systems and comfort with data-driven decision making (i.e. Salesforce, Aircall)
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes and guidelines
  • Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for seeking feedback and contributing team ideas
