To pursue our growth and market strategy, we are looking for an Intern Global Business Development (m/f/d) in our Hamburg office. You will be a part of an international and professional team, supporting our team in further developing and executing our business strategy and operations.
Your responsibilities:
- Support our sales & customer success management team in all topics along the customer journey
- Analyze our platform usage as well as the customers' satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the retention of subscribers
- Assist in several projects with international scope
- Close collaboration with the management to identify customer needs
- Participate in day-to-day business and take over ad-hoc tasks
You come with:
- Ideally finished bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, communication, or textile
- Outgoing and extremely engaging personality
- Good project management skills with a “hands-on” approach
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally experience in digital solutions, fashion, or sourcing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
