IT Delivery Manager (m/f/d)


  • Lead the delivery of complex IT initiatives, ensuring timely execution across internal and external teams.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and maintain performance oversight.
  • Coordinate integration points across Technology Delivery teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Drive project scope and timelines based on strategic IT requirements and delivery backlogs.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks and impediments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coach teams in agile practices, fostering collaboration and self-organization.
  • Ensure compliance with Lloyds Bank GmbH frameworks, including regulatory and operational standards.
  • Maintain financial oversight and support Steering Committees for key delivery initiatives.

  • Recognised university degree and minimum 5 years of experience in IT delivery or project management, ideally in a regulated or multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT solutions; experience in cloud transformation, architecture, and IT security is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IT delivery lifecycles and project management methodologies.
  • Capable of inspiring change, innovation, teamwork, and effective decision-making.
  • Skilled in managing external suppliers and senior stakeholders across complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models, and tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
