Nesperta – an international leader in the cosmetics industry – is looking for a dynamic, independent, and results-oriented individual to take on the role of developing business and managing key accounts in the DACH region.
As our Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you will bring Semilac brand to life across the German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will adapt global marketing content for local needs, develop and post German-language content, manage influencer collaborations, support retail partners, and ensure our messaging resonates with DACH consumers.
Content Localization & Social Media
- Adapt global content, messaging, and claims for the DACH market, ensuring language, tone, and cultural fit.
- Plan, create, and post local content (Canva experience preferred).
- Plan and manage communication on social media channels for Semilac, including moderation (comments and messages, tagging).
- Approve and adapt campaign creatives for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
- Co-create and develop innovative social media materials with Marketing & Graphics teams.
- Report and analyze social media KPIs, track trends, and monitor competitor activities.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers, micro-influencers and content creators in the DACH region.
- Handle outreach, negotiations, contracting, and content briefings.
- Approve influencer content, provide feedback, and ensure brand alignment.
- Coordinate invoicing and reporting for influencer campaigns.
Retailer & Trade Marketing Support
- Localize product copy and visuals for retail partners
- Prepare and select visual assets for retail activations
- Contribute to campaign planning and seasonal activations.
- Provide input for retail-owned content
- Coordinate on-site filming and content production; manage asset approvals
- Approve assets for campaigns featuring our products in retailer channels
E-Commerce & Digital Content
- Adapt global newsletters content for the DACH market.
- Create and update e-commerce landing pages.
- Support Amazon listings and A+ content creation.
- Knowledge of trends and a passion for social media (mainly Instagram and TikTok)
- Experience in planning and executing social media activities and moderation, preferably in the beauty industry
- Willingness to develop and co-create innovative actions in the field of social media
- Native German speaker
- Proficiency in English at a B1/B2 level
- Strong writing skills, creativity, and a desire for growth
- Openness to development and numerous challenges
- Ability to independently organize work
