ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is a globally applicable and leading certification system designed to enhance traceable, sustainable, deforestation-free, and climate-friendly supply chains. ISCC certifications are widely recognised and cover sustainable agricultural biomass, biogenic wastes and residues, non-biological renewable materials and recycled carbon-based materials. The development and implementation of different certification standards is ISCC's tool to promote its mission to mitigate climate change and bring more traceability into global markets and supply chains. To date, ISCC holds more than 11,300 valid certificates in 129 countries.

This is why the IT & Technology team of experts are looking forward to welcome you as IT Support Specialist - Jira & Confluence Admin at ISCC headquarters in Cologne.
The IT Support Specialist - Jira & Confluence Admin has the objective to increase capacities for service desk, Jira and Confluence administration for all sister companies, provide first level support to internal users, help onboarding and offboarding and collaborate with the colleagues responsible for IT infrastructure.

Your main duties will be:
- As a team member and in collaboration with our
IT Support Specialist - Service Desk & Documentation assume responsibility for:- 1st level support for Office365
- IT Service Desk
- Office365
- Inventory and Asset logging
- Device configuration
- MDM (Jamf)
- Jira and Confluence (Cloud)
User Management and Maintenance
- Collaborate closely with system administrators and Knowledge Manager & Data Analyst to ensure continuity and quality of service
- Within the team, assist and collaborate on keeping Support Knowledgebase and ISMS up-to-date in an ISO 27001 environment
- University degree in computer science, computer engineering or other transferable area.
- At least 2 years professional experience
- Proven track record in IT support roles and Atlassian Administration tasks
- Strong understanding of ISO 27001 requirements is highly desirable
- Excellent English language skills (C1 - written and spoken)
- Very Good German language skills (min. B2 - written and spoken)
- Very good ability to explain and transfer knowledge
- Very Good intercultural competence
- Excellent service-oriented mindset and ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills
