As a Customer Partner, you'll be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth with existing and new clients in Germany. Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with customers and key business executives, answering to client queries and identifying new business opportunities among these customers. Through this role you will be responsible to:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and growth
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience (5+ years) in account management or IT services sales
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft 365
- Profound knowledge of IT challenges of manufacturing customers
- Industry knowledge in the relevant industries or sub-industries
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and demands while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Consultative selling experience in technical solutions
- Relationship management experience
- Subject matter expertise in 1+ areas (e.g. Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity, AI, ...)
- Cross-functional team management experience
- Communication skills in a complex matrix with clients, external and internal partners as well as cross-functional teams
