- Acts as trusted advisor for clients on C-Level
- Has a focus on customer satisfaction and customer value for the to be enabled T&T service
- Creates market comparable T&T solutions – creates the journey to the final IT destination for our clients
- Supports the process with a strong “Can Do” attitude, speaks with one Kyndryl voice to the client
- Supports sales opportunities by creating and presenting the T&T solution including
- Ensure proper staffing plan / cost calculation of T&T sales opportunity
- Ensure assumption and risk logging for T&T sales opportunity
- Provides input for the T&T scope description related to the offering portion of the to be delivered operations areas
- Supports identification and selection of external partners fitting into the T&T solution
- Communicates frequently to impacted stakeholders and management
Ability to participate in due diligence sessions, understanding of post contract verification processes, change management and any other method driving the KPIs of the overall IT T&T program

Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of market trends and needs
- Strategic & Financial planning
- Knowledge of Corporate capabilities, Branches and Outsourcing business
- Understanding of Consult vs. Managed Service Models
- Deep technical knowledge in core disciplines – Cloud, Network, Service Management, Infrastructure, Application Services
- Customer/Vendor Management, Presentation Skills, customer relationship-building
- Strong knowledge on Transition and Transformation Programs and Projects behavior, PM Methodologies and challenges
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong leadership, sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Servant Leader for management, peers and stakeholders during the engagement cycle
- Trusted Advisor for clients internally & externally
- Service Ambassador – ability to evangelize the Kyndryl T&T organizations value proposition
