  • You are responsible for strategic & tactical supply chain planning for two German plants as well as for Contract Manufacturing
  • You monitor operational production outcomes and drive the continuous improvement of planning parameters with focus on material flows and supplier structure
  • You responsibly manage communication and negotiations with external production and logistics partners, ensuring transparent, sustainable documentation of all related processes
  • You manage related inventory levels to meet production and sales demands while minimizing carrying costs
  • You proactively support and follow-up on production-related complaints
  • In close collaboration with other departments, you develop and implement procedures to identify and qualify new suppliers
  • You manage and maintain all relevant processes and documentation in compliance with company standards within the QM and ERP systems
  • You support and lead production and supply chain related projects
  • You negotiate contracts, prices and terms for external production and logistics services


  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field
  • You have a background in production planning, supply chain or manufacturing coordination
  • Next to very good communication and negotiation skills, your analytical thinking, problem-solving and strong organizational skills set you apart
  • Ideally, you have first experience in project management
  • You enjoy working with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • You bring a high level of initiative, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
  • Your profile is rounded off by excellent German and English language skills
