We're looking for a Brand Activation Manager (m/f/d) to help lead our marketing execution in Germany.
  • Translate national priorities into actionable brand activation plans
  • Localize and implement brand campaigns across retail, digital, and media
  • Lead go-to-market toolkits, including local promotions and activations
  • Ensure alignment between campaigns, sales goals, and brand strategy
  • Support retail media plans and ensure strong in-store and online execution
  • Guide agency partners and manage influencer and PR activities
  • Oversee local budget and track campaign performance against key KPIs

  • 4+ years in marketing, ideally in a premium or lifestyle brand
  • Proven experience in brand activation and local campaign execution
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on implementation skills
  • Strong stakeholder and agency management experience
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer behavior
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems
