We're looking for a Brand Activation Manager (m/f/d) to help lead our marketing execution in Germany.
- Translate national priorities into actionable brand activation plans
- Localize and implement brand campaigns across retail, digital, and media
- Lead go-to-market toolkits, including local promotions and activations
- Ensure alignment between campaigns, sales goals, and brand strategy
- Support retail media plans and ensure strong in-store and online execution
- Guide agency partners and manage influencer and PR activities
- Oversee local budget and track campaign performance against key KPIs
- 4+ years in marketing, ideally in a premium or lifestyle brand
- Proven experience in brand activation and local campaign execution
- Strategic mindset with hands-on implementation skills
- Strong stakeholder and agency management experience
- Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer behavior
- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems
