This role gives you a unique chance to be accountable for the first and only long-acting regimen in the German HIV market.
- Product Strategy: Lead the strategic direction and growth of the long-acting therapy and future pipeline products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Omnichannel Marketing: Design and execute an integrated omnichannel strategy, with a focus on digital innovation to maximize customer engagement and experience.
- Customer Materials: Collaborate with EU/Global ViiV teams to deliver best-in-class, localized product materials tailored to customer needs.
- Market Insights: Utilize market research and customer insights to inform agile strategies and optimize product performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with diverse teams (marketing, sales, medical, market access, patient affairs) to ensure seamless execution of product plans and strategic alignment.
- Performance Accountability: Monitor and drive product performance, leveraging analytics and data-driven decision-making
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in economics (marketing focus), Health Economics, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven product management experience in HIV-specific therapies, other Rx therapy areas, or OTC products.
- Advanced expertise in AI, digital tools, and technology-driven solutions to enhance customer experience (CX) and omnichannel strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a passion for driving alignment across teams.
- Highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments and managing change effectively.
- Fluent in German (native level) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Previous experience in sales or peer-to-peer (P2P) roles, with a proven ability to maintain a customer-focused mindset and translate customer insights into effective strategies.
- Proficiency in AI, SEO, and SEA to optimize digital engagement and impact.
