We are seeking an experienced Back Office Specialist (m/f/d) to support our Market Coordination Team. The role is essential in ensuring efficient contract administration, coordination of logistics and supply chain processes, accurate reporting, and high-quality customer support. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Performance Management: Oversee daily operations, including compound processes, transportation, and spot business organization. Address operational challenges, implement countermeasures, and prepare statistics, KPIs, damage reports, and market research to support decision-making
Contract Administration & Coordination: Manage contract drafts and reviews with legal, accounting, and tax teams. Coordinate checklists and maintain accurate digital and physical records while ensuring compliance with internal processes
Customer Service: Respond to customer requirements promptly and professionally, ensuring high-quality service
Reporting & Data Management: Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and verbal updates, maintaining accurate records to support management decisions
Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with colleagues and business partners to ensure alignment and effective information exchange across teams
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, with contracting experience preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of logistics, transportation, and contract management
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional CEE languages (German, Polish, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian) are an advantage
