- Further development and management of the global Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) with a focus on holistic resilience strategies
- Supporting our international subsidiaries in implementing business continuity and crisis management processes – from business impact analysis and risk assessment to emergency and recovery plans
- Conceptual and methodological further development of BCM and crisis management processes – taking into account regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, NIS2) and international standards
- Conducting training, awareness campaigns, and exercises to strengthen resilience competence within our international units
- Supporting internal and external audits as well as preparing regulatory documentation
- Close collaboration with IT, risk management, information security, and operational units to integrate resilience into existing governance structures
- Completed degree in business informatics, risk management, security management, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge in business continuity management, crisis management, and organizational resilience
- Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, DORA (desirable)
- Passion for international collaboration and strong intercultural communication skills (desirable)
- Strong analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Motivation to drive change and embed resilience as a strategic topic within the company
- Very good command of spoken and written German and English (C1)
