For our division IT ,at our location in Köln we are looking for a
Working Student (m/w/d) Software Asset and Procurement Management
- Assist with data entry and maintenance in asset management and procurement tools
- Place orders and confirm deliveries with vendors
- Support internal operational processes and cross-functional coordination
- Help document processes in German and English
- Contribute to internal projects related to software asset and procurement management
- Enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Comfortable using standard IT platforms such as MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge of IT service management tools is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Able to work independently and in a team, showing initiative and creativity
