We're looking for a motivated, proactive, and open-minded student intern to join our Corporate Talent Development team for a six-month full-time internship, starting as soon as possible.
Gain hands-on experience in global talent management, take ownership of your tasks, and grow within a supportive, international team offering great learning opportunities.

  • Help bring our talent programs to life by organizing events – virtual and/or in-person
  • Own your tasks – take ownership of specific topics and tasks alongside our experienced team members
  • Get creative with communications – design and create engaging content e.g. presentations, storyboards, email campaigns, and posts
  • Work with data – support updates to our reporting tools, manual data management, create and analyse talent program feedback surveys, and turn insights into action
  • Help grow our team – assist with the recruiting and onboarding of new interns and working students
  • What's in it for you? Free lunch, access to tons of internal learning opportunities, a modern office in the heart of Munich or the flexibility to work from home, be part of a diverse/international team and student community

  • You're enrolled at a university and ready to start a full-time internship as soon as possible (valid work & residence permit required).
  • You're studying HR, economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, communications – or a related field and you're either wrapping up your Bachelor's or already in your Master's.
  • You enjoy working independently, thrive in hybrid and diverse teams, and love tackling a variety of projects.
  • You're a quick learner with a proactive, can-do attitude, and you like seeing your work make an impact.
  • You have strong writing and communication skills in English and German (native in one is a big plus).
  • You're genuinely interested in Global Talent Management, strategy, and communications - and eager to learn more!

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
