About the Role:
As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a highly ambitious Key Account Manager (KAM) (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to grow alongside a company with big ambitions.
This is an individual contributor position, reporting directly to our newly promoted and forward-thinking Head of Key Account Management. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our international distribution partners across approximately 30 countries.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with international distribution partners (not direct sales)
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring mutual success and compliance
- Collaborate with partners across various cultures, adapting communication and approach accordingly
- Occasionally travel to meet partners and support relationship development
- Handle the details and complexity of partner contracts and commercial agreements
- Operate with autonomy while working closely with the Head of Key Account Management to deliver strategic outcomes
- Full-time residence in Hamburg (required)
- Fluency in both German and English (required)
- 2–3 years of dedicated experience in key account management or similar roles
- A resilient, agile mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to building scalable processes
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in managing international stakeholders
- Enjoys working independently but thrives within a collaborative and growing team
