- Design and maintain the SuccessFactors solution architecture (EC and Talent Modules).
- Provide architectural guidance for new initiatives, change requests, and rollouts in alignment with HR
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data protection, and security policies.
- Collaborate with business partners and vendors to assess feasibility and design scalable solutions.
- Drive release planning, solution validation, and technical reviews
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors architecture
- Deep understanding of integration technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite)
- Familiarity with identity management, SSO (IAS/IPS), and data privacy (GDPR).
- Proven experience in large-scale HRIS implementations and transformations.
- Structured, analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
