- Collaborate with Tech Leads to evaluate and guide technical solutions
- Support backlog prioritization, particularly for cross-cutting and technical initiatives
- Manage relationships and deliverables from third-party technology partners
- Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering growth and continuous learning
- Drive recruitment and hiring of both internal and external engineering talent
- Take ownership of staffing and resource planning, including product secondment needs
- Actively contribute to the evolution of our platform strategy
- Shape team composition and skills for future success through strategic workforce planning
- Build and maintain strong internal networks across teams and functions
- Navigate internal escalations with empathy and clarity
- Cultivate a culture of openness, collaboration, and cross-team alignment
- Act as the technical counterpart to Product Managers and Product Owners
- Help bridge technical and product perspectives to ensure alignment and shared success
- Proven experience in engineering leadership, ideally in platform or product-driven team
- Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate and support architectural decisions, including Full-Stack TypeScript (React, NestJS), solution architecture, cloud-native platform (GCP), API-driven design (REST and GraphQL)
- Nice to have: experience with Java
- Passion for people development and mentoring
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
