  • Collaborate with Tech Leads to evaluate and guide technical solutions
  • Support backlog prioritization, particularly for cross-cutting and technical initiatives
  • Manage relationships and deliverables from third-party technology partners
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering growth and continuous learning
  • Drive recruitment and hiring of both internal and external engineering talent
  • Take ownership of staffing and resource planning, including product secondment needs
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of our platform strategy
  • Shape team composition and skills for future success through strategic workforce planning
  • Build and maintain strong internal networks across teams and functions
  • Navigate internal escalations with empathy and clarity
  • Cultivate a culture of openness, collaboration, and cross-team alignment
  • Act as the technical counterpart to Product Managers and Product Owners
  • Help bridge technical and product perspectives to ensure alignment and shared success

  • Proven experience in engineering leadership, ideally in platform or product-driven team
  • Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate and support architectural decisions, including Full-Stack TypeScript (React, NestJS), solution architecture, cloud-native platform (GCP), API-driven design (REST and GraphQL)
  • Nice to have: experience with Java
  • Passion for people development and mentoring
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • A strategic mindset with a bias for action
