Jobbeschreibung

7 generations of our Bacardi family continue to write a vibrant history of a family-run business – the largest privately held spirits company. Bacardi was founded in Santiago de Cuba in 1862 when Don Facundo Bacardí Massó revolutionized the world of spirits by producing a pleasantly digestible rum. His fearlessness, audacity and entrepreneurial spirit is still alive and well at Bacardi today.

From humble beginnings in a small corrugated iron distillery in Cuba, to a company with a portfolio of up to 200 of the world's best brands and labels including BACARDI® Rum, GREY GOOSE® Vodka, PATRÓN® Tequila, MARTINI® Vermouth and Sparkling Wine, DEWAR'S® Blended Scotch Whisky, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Gin, CAZADORES Agave Tequila, WILLIAM LAWSON'S® Whisky, ERISTOFF® Vodka and many more.

Today, we are a large family of more than 7,000 employees worldwide (also affectionately called Primos – Spanish for cousins).

OUR CULTURE

We share our entrepreneurial entrepreneurial spirit and our passion for our brands. Our three cultural pillars, "Fearless, Family, Founders" inspire us every day to be the best version of ourselves. What does that mean exactly?

• BEING FEARLESS stands for an agile mindset, the openness to try new things and take risks. We are "empowered" to question things and to be innovative.

• FAMILY: We treat our primos like family. ALWAYS.

• FOUNDERS: The entrepreneurial spirit is at the heart of everything we do. We see the company as our own and take responsibility.
