As Team Lead Technical Interface and Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of the limango marketplace, by leading the onboarding of new sellers and middlewares, as well as managing the technical support for our sellers. Your primary objective will be to optimize the onboarding process to enhance its speed and improve the overall seller experience. You will lead a team of 6, guiding their expertise and overseeing their performance to ensure the continuous improvement and excellence of our marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketplace Growth & Orchestration: Driving the strategic expansion of the limango marketplace, optimizing the efficiency and scalability of the onboarding & support process. Leading technical infrastructure enhancements and projects, and serving as a key orchestrator and advocate for strategic initiatives internally and externally.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Leading and empowering a high-performing team, defining and monitoring key KPIs, ensuring goal achievement. Streamlining resource allocation to drive operational excellence across all processes.
- Team Development & Culture: Fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, implementing targeted mentoring and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and growth.
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce, a strong focus on seller/customer experience, and a proven track record in a similar role. You should possess a deep understanding of interface technologies and marketplace platforms, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Expertise & Marketplace Knowledge: Strong e-commerce and marketplace understanding with expertise in onboarding/middleware integration and deep knowledge of interfaces (e.g. Mirakl, Tradebyte, PlentyOne), APIs, and data exchange.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Leadership skills to motivate and develop teams, combined with excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring effective interaction in both German and English.
- Proactive Problem-Solving & Results-Driven Mindset: Exhibiting a strong analytical and critical-thinking aptitude to proactively identify challenges and craft effective solutions. Demonstrating a results-oriented approach, strong initiative in driving projects independently, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
