- Strategic Accountability: Take full ownership of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Act as a bridge between business operations and technology teams to drive transformation
- Operations Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale programs, ensuring efficient execution and effective use of resources
- Stakeholder Management: Lead and influence stakeholders at the senior executive level (C-suite, senior management), ensuring that business needs are met, and executives are well-informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that the right resources are in place and collaborating effectively to meet strategic goals
- Change Management: Guide the organization through changes brought on by the program, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of stakeholder buy-in
- Program Coordination: Ensure that all projects within the program are aligned with overall business objectives, managing dependencies and driving timely decision-making
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Regularly monitor key program milestones, financial performance, and KPIs, providing transparent reporting to senior management and key stakeholders
- Risk Management: Proactively identify program risks related to scope, timelines, budget, and external factors. Implement mitigation strategies and manage escalation channels
- Governance: Facilitate monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, where program progress, risks, and outcomes are reviewed with top management
- 10+ years in program management within business-focused environments, with at least 5 years of experience managing large, complex programs that align with strategic business objectives
- Strong background in consultancy or strategic project management, with a focus on guiding organizations through transformational change
- Proven experience managing relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders, with the ability to influence decision-making and communicate complex ideas effectively
- Demonstrated success in change management, ensuring that large-scale initiatives align with organizational goals and achieve buy-in from all key stakeholders
- Extensive experience in risk management, especially related to large-scale, business-critical programs
- Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies and an understanding of digital transformation
- Background in industries that require strategic program management and transformation (e.g., retail, manufacturing, technology, or consulting)
