Are you a motivated student with an interest in Procurement ? At KWS Berlin, we are looking for a Working Student Procurement (m/f/d) to support our team in processing purchase requisitions, managing internal requests, and collaborating closely with other departments. You'll help monitor spending, suggest catalog improvements, and assist with user training. This is a fixed-term (1 year-contract) and 20h/week position, based in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requisitions, orders, and contracts for Goods & Services as per defined scope and in accordance to the defined service level agreement (SLA);
  • Process requests from internal users via the internal ticketing system in accordance to the defined service level agreement (SLA);
  • Conduct and analyze requests for quotations (RFQs) and executes tactical buying for Goods and Services for defined thresholds and spend categories;
  • Monitor the spending patterns in the supported KWS legal entities and provide suggestions on potential catalog implementation for defined spend categories;
  • Provide end-user education and trainings on the procurement process and tools;
  • Support end-to-end process application by collaborating closely with the other departments (Accounts Payable, ExHub Procurement, Master Data Management, General Ledger and Controlling, Global IT etc.).

  • Currently enrolled at a German university in a bachelor or master's degree program;
  • You have an interest in the procurement field and are highly motivated;
  • You are proficient in English - German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and other EU languages are a plus;
  • High affinity for IT tools, including very good Excel skills - SAP CPH knowledge is a plus;
  • Great communication skills round off your profile.
