The AERTiCKET Group issues around 7 million tickets annually, and the consolidator's database contains 55 million airfares.
- Provide both professional and disciplinary leadership to team members, including conducting employee appraisals, identifying training needs within the team, holding regular team meetings, and planning personnel deployment for a 24/7 shift service
- Adapt, develop, and optimize existing operational processes for automation in collaboration with process and quality managers and other internal stakeholders
- Prepare information on new technologies and developments within the company to ensure smooth implementation into daily operations
- Participate in customer support operations and take on shift duties, including handling customer complaints and negotiating solutions based on economic criteria
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate measures to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity within the team
- Evaluate existing service contracts and communicate necessary adjustments to the legal department
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and prepare information for management
- Create management reports, analyses, and presentations
- Sucessful completed apprenticeship as a travel agent or tourism clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience within the tourism and airline industry, particularly in travel booking
- In-depth knowledge of the standard travel booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and goal oriented
- Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
- Willingness to continuously improve and develop your work area and that of the team, with an eye for making processes more straightforward and more effective
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Ability to communicate and document complex issues clearly both internally and externally
- High level of initiative, service orientation, focused and prioritized work
- Excellent German and English skills
