- Responsible Business Controller for a global division with strong growth ambition
- Act as trusted sparring partner for management, providing insights to improve business strategies
- Support and challenge management decisions with forward-looking analysis rather than just historical data
- Analyse cost structures and support in recommending improvements
- Product portfolio controlling as well as Go-To-Market and sales controlling
- Support the preparation and management of the annual budgets for the division
- Provide clear KPIs and actionable recommendations for sustainable growth and improved profitability
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Master's or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business controlling in a B2B environment
- Experience in an industrial company (HW and/or SW)
- Good understanding of product / component businesses
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the courage to challenge ideas constructively
- Excellent communication skills, enabling close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in modern BI and financial tools
- A hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a passion for driving change
- Private location in the Greater Ravensburg or Frankfurt area
