About the position

Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for an Inside Sales Agent

The internal sales department is responsible for order processing and customer service for a variety of customers in Germany, Austria, and the Benelux countries. They work closely with the internal sales department in Nordic countries. The core of their work is order entry and processing, as well as active customer support via telephone.

Your main responsibilities

    ·Customer Service:

    Telephone and written communication with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. The internal sales team is responsible for monitoring deadlines and tracking deliveries to customers.

    ·Sales Support:
    Preparing offers according to specified prices and conditions, orders, and order confirmations, as well as actively tracking offers and orders.

    ·Data Maintenance:
    Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system as well as documenting sales activities.

    ·Sales Analysis:
    Support in the creation of sales reports and market analyses to help the sales team identify growth opportunities.

    ·Coordination:
    Close collaboration with other departments, especially Sales, Marketing and logistics to ensure a smooth sales and returns process.

    ·Customer Satisfaction:
    Ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate processing of inquiries, orders and complaints.
    Acquisition:
    Support in identifying and addressing new business opportunities through targeted telephone acquisition and email marketing.

    Trade Fairs:

    In some cases the Inside Sales Agent supports the Field Sales/Key Account Managers in the preparation and implementation of trade fairs, even occasionally participating.

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

  • Completed training in the commercial sector (preferably as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade)
  • Experiences in the commercial sector
  • Experience with MS D365
  • English and German (spoken and written), other foreign languages are an advantage (like Dutch or French)
  • PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP-System)
  • Basic business understanding
  • Willingness to actively call customers and inform them about new products or promotions
  • Willingness to provide customer support (cross-selling)
