- Lead the development and deployment of Operational Excellence strategies to align with company-wide goals.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for all quality-related projects, ensuring alignment and progress across business units.
- Conduct business case evaluations and oversee project execution, keeping a keen eye on impact and completeness.
- Manage Leadership Programs in a multi-project environment, focusing on efficiency and digital transformation.
- Establish governance and best practices for strategic quality projects, ensuring effective decision-making and communication.
- Design and coordinate capability-building programs, including curriculum development and trainer supervision.
- Promote collaboration with regional and global stakeholders to drive and sustain quality improvement initiatives.
- Champion Lab Excellence and contribute to the enhancement of local Quality Management Systems.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' practical experience in pharmaceutical quality, with substantial plant operations and GMP expertise.
- Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional change management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Lab Excellence programs and quality control systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and integrity, with the ability to inspire and collaborate across teams.
- High IT affinity and fluency in English; Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and deliver actionable business insights.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel as needed to support organizational objectives.
