Real Estate Analyst (m/f/d) Asset Management
As a Real Estate Analyst (m/f/d), you play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive commercial and project-related support to the Real Estate Asset Management Team throughout the entire "Buy-Manage-Sell" cycle. Your responsibilities include ensuring high-quality data management, analyzing result logs, and overseeing resubmissions to guarantee precision and efficiency. Additionally, you develop and prepare presentations that promote team initiatives and significantly contribute to decision-making processes.
- Provide commercial support for transitioning investments into asset management
- Assist with ongoing asset management, including profitability calculations during the holding phase, evaluating alternative scenarios, and overseeing comprehensive reporting
- Support the management of external service providers, ensuring the quality of external property management services, and assisting with tenant support
- Act as an interface between various departments such as IPC, risk and portfolio management, accounting, and tax
- Prepare and monitor property planning, including business plans and DCF analyses, and collect/document market developments and comparative rental data regularly
- Support commercial project management for maintenance and repair measures, tenant improvements, and optimization initiatives
- Provide commercial support during sales processes and prepare decision papers for the Investment Committee, sponsors, and other stakeholders
- Participate in internal and external meetings, taking minutes and managing deadlines
- Undertake organizational and administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate on process development and optimization efforts
- Engage in cross-departmental projects to ensure cohesive operations
- A successfully completed degree in real estate or economics, ideally supplemented with additional real estate qualifications
- Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience, with internship or working student experience in real estate asset management being particularly advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, with particularly strong skills in Excel. Argus Enterprise preferable.
- Detail-oriented with robust quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both German and English
