At the Dülmen site, our central Altano team supports the affiliated clinics worldwide in taking the areas of corporate development, finance, HR, marketing, purchasing and legal to a new level.


  • Support for national and international M&A projects, e.g. in the selection of target companies, valuation, initiation, management of the entire transaction process and the successful conduct of contract negotiations
  • Participation in the further development of the M&A strategy, establishment and development of the deal pipeline, analysis of M&A projects and target companies
  • Supporting the M&A team in project management and accompanying the operational managers in the M&A process
  • Active relationship management with stakeholders, advisors and our majority shareholder (private equity)
  • Organisation and coordination of due diligence processes
  • Preparation and plausibility checks of business plans and financial models, preparation of company valuations

  • Bachelor or Master degree in economics / finance or comparable qualification and at least three years (Senior at least five years) of professional experience in M&A (investment banking, M&A or transaction advisory)
  • Project experience in M&A (sub-)processes, ideally sound knowledge in the areas of company valuation and the organisation of due diligence processes
  • Dynamic personality with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and proactively as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips
