For this reason, we are looking for Senior Engineering experts and/or leading experts Combine Harvester Engineering (m/f/d) for the newly emerging Innovation Center in Baden-Württemberg (and Lower Saxony) with, in the future, approx. 50 engineers from the areas of tractors, combines, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production. Senior Engineering Experts Combine Harvester (m/f/d) Main tasks Be an engineering expert in your area of expertise or lead a team/department to integrate product requirements and actively lead new product development and commodity improvement projects. Deeply engage in product research and planning, proactively identify product development and improvement projects. Transfer requirements definition and determine product definition. Participate in benchmark and competitive product research. Lead projects of overseas harvester product platform architecture and the general arrangement of the harvester for major product development projects. Development of core technology for harvester and the layout of major technology development projects as senior or leading engineer. Delivery project within QCD (quality, cost and delivery). Profile Bachelor/Master degree or above in mechanical background. At least 4 years working experience (8 years for a leading role) in harvester R&D area (at least 4 years project management experience for a leading role). Harvester experts of vehicle level and configuration and familiar with product development program.
