Our client is a successful, family-owned company in the automotive supplier industry with several thousand employees, which is excellently positioned on the market with its products.
We are looking for a successor Plant Manager for the plant in Eastern Slovakia, who will fully manage the production site.

- Location: Slovakia
- Management of the production plant with approx. 500 employees in accordance with internal company standards and local legal requirements
- Management of production (injection molding, forming), assembly of components for the automotive industry and the administrative departments (HR, accounting) in cooperation with the department managers
- Ensuring smooth production processes including the optimization of processes and procedures, quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations
- Implementation of lean management and process optimization projects with the aim of increasing efficiency
- Budget, resource and cost management, including the monitoring of investment projects
- Contact person for customers and external partners, especially for ongoing projects
- Reporting to the management in Germany
- Completed, technically oriented university degree in mechanical engineering, process or production engineering, or a comparable field; alternatively, technical training with several years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional and management experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in managing production areas in the field of plastics processing, preferably injection molding or extrusion
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and process optimization using common lean methods
- Charismatic and team-oriented leadership personality with a goal- and results-oriented approach and recognized communication skills
- Entrepreneurial leader with creative drive and a medium-sized business mindset
- Very good knowledge of Slovak and English or German
