Join us as a full-time Senior Field Service Technician (m/f/d) and travel the world supporting our systems. Key responsibilities: Ensuring the most efficient operation of our packaging lines on customer site, naturally taking into account economic and technical aspects Perform systematic analyses to identify the root cause of problems and achieve a permanent solution or prepare a detailed problem description if the cause cannot be identified. Packaging lines include various machines such as tray packers, multipackers, spout and straw applicators, and accumulators Analyze and resolve malfunctions, both mechanical and electronic, and also automation Support optimization of prototype machines on customer site Install rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into the production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction Worldwide travel to customers, sometimes on short-notice You bring these skills, experience & education: Completed vocational training in the field of mechatronics / electrical or automation engineering Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset Striving for high customer satisfaction, delivering excellent solutions for the customer A demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment efficiently High level of communication skills Experience: 5-10 years of technical/equipment/machinery experience in an equipment manufacturing service-based industry.
