SALES MANAGER MV/LV Systems SUMMARY OF ROLE The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the current accounts and for searching new clients for Nidec Conversion. The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the company's profits by increasing sales, expanding and optimizing the product range and customer base, as well as controlling costs and creating an effective team specifically in the metal business and applications. PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Market analysis in Oil & Gas, Power, Metal and Water business with focus on new sales Search for new customers (OEM, System integrators, EPC and end users), arrangement of the meetings Preparation of technical and commercial offers (budget and full) including technical risk assessment with the support of the Proposal/Engineering team Conduct technical presentations of the company's products Increase company profits by increasing sales Independent work in the ERP system to update the status of projects Monthly and quarterly sales planning Compilation and implementation of sales plans and forecasts Interaction with project managers (including the company's factories) in order to control the fulfillment of obligations to the Customer in accordance with the schedule REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and LANGUAGES Higher technical specialized education Experience in sales of LV, MV Drives and/or electric motors for at least 5 years in companies with a similar profile Technical experience in Engineering Successful search for new customers, increase sales Skills in economics, finance, general understanding of business processes Personal qualities: responsibility, organization, organizational qualities, resistance to stress, decisiveness.
