Goki Evolution and Holztiger are two of the brands which S.C. Gokids Toys SRL produces. The company was founded in 2011 by Mr. Gollnest, Mr. Kiesel and Mr. Stoichina and has been on an exciting journey ever since. Today, we count more than 30 employees and would like to keep this good progress going as we search for the right person to join us on this journey.
Therefore, we are looking for a Production Manager / Administrator for our location in Eșelnița.
- Leading, coordinating and motivating the team.
- Import and export of materials, components and complete items from third party countries and EU.
- Going to custom and supervise imports (providing needed documents).
- Receiving and planning new orders into delivery overview.
- Deciding if making or buying externally the ordered products.
- Placing orders externally and keeping good relations with the suppliers.
- Making sales confirmation according to the production plan.
- Controlling the company's profitability, cash-flow and ensuring the budget is being kept.
- Searching, making and negotiating new contracts for raw materials, spare parts, packings, etc.
- Planning the production of the different toys from start to finish = from ordering the necessary raw materials right up to the transport of the finished product.
- Making delivery invoices along with packing list and all documents related to export.
- Ensuring that delivery dates are kept.
- Calculation of new product prices and keeping current prices updated.
- Ensuring that all regulations are met and implementing possible new measures to meet any new regulations.
- Continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Leading implementation projects.
- Carrying the legal responsibility of the company and represent it in front of government or public authorities.
- Ideally, an education equal to that of a production engineer in the wood working industry or an exam in business administration.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the wood working industry incl. planning of work load OR advanced experience in working as an Administrator.
- Experience in leading a team is a plus.
- Structured and organized way of working
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent in Romanian language and English (Level: B2-C1) and/or German (Level: B2-C1).
- Outgoing with the power to make things happen.
- The power and skills to motivate and lead people in difficult situations.
- Knowledge about Romanian work legislation is a must.
