  • Develop and execute sales strategies to establish and expand the company's customer base in Germany and across Europe.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, utilities, investors, and independent power producers.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create financing opportunities for customers to adopt new wind energy technologies.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation and contract negotiation to deal closure and post-sales support.
  • Align sales processes with internal support functions, including engineering, finance, legal, project management, and after-sales service, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and networking.
  • Monitor and manage sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Stay informed about regulatory policies, incentives, and market developments affecting the wind energy sector in Germany and Europe.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the wind energy or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business expansion in the European onshore wind market, with strong expertise in Germany.
  • Experience in developing financial strategies and structuring financing solutions for renewable energy projects. · In-depth knowledge of wind turbine technology, project development, financing structures, and regulatory frameworks in the energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe.
