We are currently looking for a
Sales Operation Manager (m/f/d)
Limited position (1 y) with possibility to turn into permanent, Location: Einbeck
- Act as a central interface between our local customers and the BTS teams in sales, production, logistics and accounting for a smooth and customer-oriented sales process.
- Take over and maintain all necessary process and documentation steps within our SAP & Salesforce CRM system.
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable.
- Knowledge of SAP (MM, SD, S/4) and Salesforce CRM systems.
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive thinking and acting, structured and precise.
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation skills.
- Team player, flexibility & open mindedness.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
