Project Ownership: You take full responsibility for your projects – from preparing quotations and processing orders to following up on invoices and ensuring payments are received.

Customer Management: You serve as the main point of contact for our clients and manage the entire sales cycle with a consultative, solution-driven approach.

Order Management: You process customer orders in SAP, handle order confirmations, make adjustments based on client requests, and coordinate delivery and shipping.

Internal Collaboration: You work closely with internal departments such as Production, Finance, Quality, and Logistics – especially in relation to customer inspections, delivery requests, and complaint handling.

Data Management & Documentation: You maintain accurate customer and sales data and ensure transparent, traceable documentation throughout all stages.

Representation: You represent our company to clients in day-to-day business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualification: You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field – ideally with a technical or engineering background. Alternatively, you hold a completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with relevant additional qualifications.

Professional Experience: You bring relevant experience in project management and/or technical sales within an industrial environment. Strong project management skills are especially important for this role.

Languages: You have excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken – any additional language is a plus.

IT Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ideally have hands-on experience with SAP SD or other ERP systems.

Personality: You are empathetic, communicative, and ambitious. You are confident in working with internal and external stakeholders and enjoy managing your responsibilities proactively and in a structured way.

Travel Flexibility: You are open to occasional international travel, depending on specific project requirements. Regular travel is not expected.

Earn more: You'll be paid according to the collective agreement for the metal and electrical industry in your region – plus an additional above-tariff Wieland component. If the company has a successful business year, you'll also receive a share in the company's profits.
