Labelling Development Manager (m/f/d) – OIC, Pharma and Durables
The Labelling Development Manager is responsible for driving growth in end-use specific business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This role combines technical sales expertise in the end use and PSA labelling with strategic business development to create and manage relevant leads and opportunities for growth. The manager will engage directly with end users and converters, providing solutions and fostering strong relationships to promote the company's products and services. In this role, the person mainly works on the defined project pipeline and leads these projects to completion. The Labelling Development Manager is a member of the Sales team and has end-use-specific annual targets.

- Develop sales, margin, AV and mix in line with the targets by facilitating end-use specific projects
- Hunt new business opportunities within the focus end-use area(s)
- Plan, lead, and follow up on projects with end-users, converters, and internal stakeholders in the focus end-use area
- Support customer visits with Field Sales to bring in technical expertise, end-use knowledge, and push projects to completion
- Establish and develop effective relationships with relevant end-use organizations, participate in trade associations and technical conferences to build partnerships leading to future growth opportunities
- Remain in close connection with the Business Growth Manager (Market Team) to establish a plan that brings necessary focus and defines the priorities of growth
- You have advanced knowledge of the packaging and label application requirements of the end-use(s)
- You understand the end use's value chain
- You possess in-depth label manufacturing and labelling technological knowledge
- You have strong commercial acumen
- You have an excellent command of English and German
- You have completed a degree in Business/Marketing, Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Packaging, or Chemical Engineering), or a related field.
