For our development team in Lingen (Ems) or Osnabrück we are looking for a

Data Scientist (all genders welcome)

At ROSEN data science problems are never off-the-shelf problems but require creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to find the right solution

RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Solve real-world business problems by applying machine learning, optimization and statistical models to complex heterogeneous data streams
  • Desing and develop new models and algorithms to analyze, classify, interpret and align several signal data streams
  • Implement training and validation pipelines to derive a robust estimate of performance in production
  • Actively support your team in deploying your model as a service
  • Collaborate closely with Cloud & Data teams to enable and monitor real-time analytics
  • Ensure robustness, performance, observability, and scalability of your models
  • Drive automation of data evaluation with a zero-incident mindset

To become part of the ROSEN family, you are team minded and convince by an independent and structured work behavior. Moreover, you should bring with you:
  • Completed degree or doctorate in information technology, physics, mathematics, computer science or a comparable field of study such as cognitive science or psychology with a focus on data analysis or machine learning
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in deep learning, statistics and signal data processing
  • Proficiency in the python deep learning ecosystem (python, tensorflow,pytorch, pandas,...)
  • A problem-solving mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for building high-performance systems
  • Solid experience in deploying models to production
  • Good German and English language skills
