We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Chief of Staff with 5-7 years of experience, ideally in consulting or a similar strategic role. In this position, you will serve as Chief of Staff to the management board, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and alignment across the leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role also plays a key role in driving transformation initiatives across the holding, supporting the development and execution of the group strategy, and preparing reports and presentations for the management board of FHC and its shareholder committees. This is a high-visibility role with frequent interaction with senior executives and offers a clear path for professional growth.
Your Tasks
Chief of Staff support to management board
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for shareholder meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the company's strategic narrative
- Support in the development of agendas, content, and action items for senior executive meetings
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders
- Drive key transformation initiatives across the holding together with functional leads, ensuring timely execution and measurable results
- Collaborate with holding functions to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that key business priorities are communicated and acted upon effectively
- Track and follow up on strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability and timely execution of action items
- Support in defining and refining the company's group strategy.
- Develop strategic recommendations and business cases to support key decision-making
- Lead or contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals
- Provide insights and analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clear insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations for senior executives and committees
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of corporate governance, financial reporting, and shareholder communication is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English mandatory
