As a Working Student (f/m/d) in our Quality Assurance Team at our site in Martinsried you will play an active role in supporting the implementation of new modules within our electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). You will contribute to the success of the implementation project by collaborating closely with both external consultants and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure a smooth roll-out and effective integration into our quality processes.

Your Responsibility

  • Design working instructions (data entry guides) for deviation handling, change control and CAPA management within the eQMS (Scilife).
  • Support in setting up of training material for our eQMS.
  • Collaborate with our QA-Managers in the planning, coordination and execution of employee training courses.
  • Support user acceptance testing in the course of validation of new eQMS modules.
  • Assist with data entry into the eQMS.


  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in quality management teaching, science, engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of modern IT-Tools and Software (e.g., Quality Managemert Software)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Didactic skills for the vivid description of IT applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
  • Available to work 10–20 hours per week
