With a fleet of 287 modern container ships and a Vessel Capacity 2.2 million TEU, as well as a Container Capacity 3.2 million TEU including one of the world's largest and most modern reefer container fleets, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. In the Liner Shipping segment, the Company has around 13.500 employees and 400 offices in 139 countries. Hapag-Lloyd has a container capacity of 11.9 million TEU – including one of the largest and most modern fleets of reefer containers. A total of 114 liner services worldwide ensure fast and reliable connections between more than 600 ports across the world. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.
- You support our product owners in driving the development of their products
- You support the global rollout of new Quotation and Contract Management in all regions, including hypercare assistance
- Keeping training materials related to our products up-to-date and ensuring they are easily accessible to our stakeholders are also part of your responsibilities
- You support the coordination of marketing activities related to our products with our Digital Marketing team in Hamburg
- You prepare and coordinate internal communication activities around our products
- You assist in the preparation and execution of workshops
- You prepare reports on product turnover, performance, and other key objectives
- You are responsible for developing questionnaires and surveys to gather feedback from stakeholders and increase the value of our products
- Supporting the creation of presentations and other communication materials, as well as writing meeting minutes, are also part of your tasks
- You are currently studying full-time in one of the following fields: Logistics, Shipping, Business Administration, Economics, Transport or a comparable field
- You have gained first working experiences (through internship or similar) in the fields of transport, logistics or shipping
- You have a hands on mentality and you enjoy taking new challenges
- You are well experienced in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English, with the ability to create clear and concise meeting minutes, training materials, and reports
