Since 1967, WEICON has been developing, producing, and distributing a wide range of stripping tools – 100% made in Germany. The WEICON TOOLS product line includes cable stripper, wire strippers, dismantling tools, and multifunctional stripping tools. In addition to our tools, we also manufacture specialty chemical products for industrial use.

You are responsible for

  • Support and further develop existing customer relationships in the WEICON TOOLS division – both from our headquarter in Münster and on-site at the customer's location (30 – 40% international travel required)
  • Independent acquisition of new customers and distributors, with a focus on building long-term business relationships
  • Providing technical advice and conducting product presentations and trainings specifically for the WEICON TOOLS product range
  • Preparation of offers, sales and contract negotiations through to final agreement
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs
  • Preparation of reports for sales management


  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not required
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a technical apprenticeship with experience in commercial tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, extroverted personality
  • Independent, well-structured working style and a high willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work in a team and the motivation to actively drive WEICON forward
