Join our team as a Cargo Execution Agent at Unifeeder A/S, HAMBURG, GERMANY (F/M/D)

As a Cargo Execution Agent, your primary responsibility will be to proactively manage booking requirements from customers, optimizing vessel utilization while prioritizing customer demands and needs.
You will join a diverse team of 10 colleagues and 2 managers, all committed to fostering a supportive team spirit, open collaboration, and constructive challenges. We seek a team player passionate about delivering outstanding service and comfortable with problem-solving and decision-making.
This position is based in Hamburg, Germany, and we are seeking candidates already residing in Hamburg. You should be prepared for occasional travel and a work schedule that may include weekend and holiday shifts, with flexibility for changes due to illness, vacation, etc.
You will report to Tobias Marzke, Cargo Execution Manager Hubports, and collaborate with various teams and functions at Unifeeder.
Unifeeder A/S is seeking a curious and proactive team member for our Hamburg office.
We are looking for candidates proficient in English, and speaking German is a plus.
You have experience in customer service or an educational background in logistics/shipping or a related field for at least 1-2 years. Experience in the container shipping business is a plus.
Additionally, we expect you to have:
- Proficiency in English at a negotiation level (both verbal and written)
- Strong command of MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Key responsibilities
- Maintain and build relationships with customers and suppliers
- Respond to sailing requests and create pre-bookings in the system
- Update bookings and ensure booking data accuracy
- Conduct daily capacity checks and plan capacity, checking deep-sea vessel connections
- Maintain close contact with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate stowage readiness, send loading lists to terminals, and prepare IMO documents
- Coordinate cargo readiness and finalize vessel documentation
