The Corporate Information Technology (CIT) is the central part of the company's strategy, developing and implementing innovative security solutions to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in the Carl Zeiss Group. By working closely with various business units, CIT ensures that technological advancements and digital transformations are seamlessly integrated into business processes.

Responsible for handling RICEFW objects within one workstream.

Be aware of dependencies between business processes.

Demonstrate strong teamwork, especially within the lead developer community.

Collaborate with the internal global development team.

Provide technical solutions to business requirements, with a focus on Clean Core concepts.

Review functional specifications and provide feedback to the workstream.

Review deliverables, including documentation and code (peer review).

Work with project management tools such as Jira and maintain epics, stories, etc., in line with project definitions.
As a Technical Specialist, you will manage RICEFW objects within a dedicated workstream and ensure alignment with business processes and project goals. You'll collaborate closely with global development teams, contribute to Clean Core–aligned technical solutions, and perform thorough reviews of specifications and deliverables. Strong teamwork and experience with tools like Jira are essential.

S/4HANA Technical Specialist with several years of SAP development experience.

Solid understanding of the SAP Clean Core concept and related technologies such as RAP and CAP.

In-depth knowledge of (B)APIs and CDS views.

Experience in at least two technology layers of the RICEFW model is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with the latest SAP technologies, including In-App extensions, Side-by-Side extensions, and development services on the Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Proven experience working in an internal onsite/offshore setup.

Capable of coordinating a team of 5–10 developers from a technical perspective.
