- Sie unterstützen Kolleg*innen beim Einsatz ihrer Mobilfunkgeräte.
- Sie betreuen insbesondere die Konzernführung bei der Nutzung ihrer iOS Geräte.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege der Mobilfunkdatenbank.
- Sie bereiten Mobilfunkverträge vor.
- Sie sind zuständig für die Ausgabe von Endgeräten.
- Sie betreuen die Administration unserer MDM Systeme (Optional).
- Abgeschlossene Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit geschäftlichen Anwendungen auf mobilen Endgeräten sowie Verständnis für die Vertragliche Abwicklung bei Mobilfunkanschlüssen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit iOS und Android Geräten inkl. Zero Touch und Knox Mobile Enrollment, sowie dem Apple Business Manager
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Ticket System Cherwell
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit iOS und Android Geräten (iOS Prio)
- Kenntnisse in Active Directory / Entra ID sowie Enterprise Mobility Management (Intune oder Ivanti Core)
