KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking a GTC Key User – Finance (f/m/d) for a full-time, permanent position. In this role, you will actively optimize our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems and drive digital transformation – working closely with IT and cross-functional teams.
Help us shape the future of P2P – with a digital, agile, and strategic mindset!
- Further development and automation of P2P processes – from tool selection to implementation
- Identification of optimization potential, implementation of smart workflows, and use of modern technologies such as RPA, OCR, and AI
- Analysis of KPIs and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
- Interface between GTC, Global IT, external service providers, and key users
- Support for system testing during upgrades and involvement in the rollout of S/4HANA and other IT tools
- Incident management and 2nd-level support
- Translation of business requirements into technical system specifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in P2P environment (e.g., shared services, procurement, accounting)
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
- Passion for digital tools, automation, and process optimization
- Preferred: experience with Power BI, Hypatos, and electronic invoicing systems (e.g., xFlow, procurement platforms)
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A solution-oriented and service-driven mindset
