As Compliance Analyst (m/f/d) you will play a key role within our Compliance Team in Augsburg.
- You assist in the development, updating, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- You conduct regular compliance reviews and tests to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- You also prepare and maintain compliance documentation and reports
- Additionally, you support the AML team in conducting customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes
- You support other departments regarding external KYC-related requests
- You participate in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees
- Researching regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the company's compliance programs is part of your responsibilities
- You assist in reviewing marketing materials
- Your role is rounded off by providing general support to the compliance team on various projects and initiatives
- You have a completed degree in law or economics or a comparable qualification
- You have initial professional experience in the field of Compliance & AML at a regulated company, ideally at a capital management company or a financial services institution
- You have knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (especially KAGB, WpHG, GWG, MaComp)
- Your working style is characterized by independent, proactive, and reliable actions
