As a working student in our Product Design team, you'll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to shape intuitive self-service tools used by thousands of customers. What you can expect:
- Improve the customer experience: Support us in refining existing self-service features and designing new ones that truly add value for our users.
- Work hands-on with real users: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and needs.
- Turn insights into design: Translate data and research findings into intuitive concepts that improve usability and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the team: Contribute to our design system and partner closely with developers to bring your ideas into production.
- Enjoy flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere in Germany, with just one day per month at our modern office in Düsseldorf.
- Academic background: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in UX/UI Design, Media & Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field.
- First practical experience: You have gained initial experience in user-centered design through academic projects, internships, or freelance work.
- Structured and creative thinking: You enjoy understanding user needs, solving design problems, and creating intuitive digital experiences.
- Tech-savvy and skilled: You are confident using Figma and familiar with designing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Self-starter attitude: You're proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks.
- Strong communicator and team player: You enjoy working collaboratively and can communicate design ideas clearly to both designers and developers.
- Language skills: You speak English and German fluently.
