Department of Marketing Campaigns Cars & Digital Extras
Our One-to-One Marketing Team designs direct and personalised communication for Mercedes-Benz Cars, focusing on digital extras, apps, and software. We place special emphasis on communication through apps and vehicle systems, delivering targeted recommendations and individually optimised messages based on data – for example, via the Mercedes-Benz App or directly through the software in our vehicles.
We are a highly motivated team and look forward to your support and contribution to our team spirit. We work collaboratively on actionable solutions with direct customer experience and measurable success.
You will work on the following challenges:
- Creating individual, case-based communication for digital extras, apps, and software – whether case-specific, automated, or context-based
- Defining (new) customer experiences, testing new channels and distribution possibilities
- Managing channel-specific opportunities in segmentation, tracking, and distribution using A/B tests
- Measuring success, deriving lessons learned, and directly applying them to further communication
- Ensuring brand-consistent communication through Mercedes-Benz's own channels
- Orchestrating in-car/in-app channels and planning via our direct communication tool

The Mandatory Internship can start working from september 2025.
- Course of study in the field of (digital) marketing, communication / KoWi, business or a related discipline
- Interest in digital media and technologies
- Creativity and enjoyment in developing communication campaigns Analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- Proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- You are proficient with communication tools (MS Teams and MS Office)
- Initial experience in digital/data-driven marketing is desirable
- Initial experience in international projects is desirable
Please note that your internship at this location must be mandatory.
