Job Summary
The primary role of a Client Executive is to collaborate with partners to develop, qualify, manage, and close a velocity sales business within an assigned sales territory. This role is quota-driven, working closely with our capable partners to co-sell and represent NetApp's products and solutions to existing and potential customers. This role requires a hunter mentality to break into new accounts and workloads.
- Develop and oversee implementation of a strategic territory plan to align partners and account team on territory growth strategy
- Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with capable partners and distributors to drive sales revenue
- Leverage NetApp and partner resources to create brand awareness and generate demand in assigned territory
- Deliver NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects and partners
- Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business.
- Fluent German & English (C1)
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Strong understanding of partner landscape in a specific territory
- Broad exposure to a variety of data storage and cloud technologies/concepts
- Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within departments across functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service and negotiation skills
- Located within assigned territory and able to travel regularly to visit local customers and partners
- 2+ years of field technology sales with a focus on new logo acquisition and business development. Recruiting efforts will be ongoing until specific teams find an ideal match
