About the role
As an Adobe Workfront Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the transition of the Adobe Workfront PPM tool into its operational phase and driving the implementation of further functionalities. You will utilize your deep understanding of wind and solar project management business processes and the Adobe Workfront and Fusion suite to make informed decisions regarding system configuration and automation.
- You manage and implement feature requests to refine configurations, integrations, and APIs, ensuring alignment with the company's application landscape and long-term goals.
- You maintain and optimize interfaces between Workfront and peripheral tools to enhance data quality, alignment, and robustness of project processes.
- You regularly audit project structures, permissions, users, roles, and configurations to maintain an organized and scalable Workfront environment.
- You collaborate with teams across various business units and Corporate IT to streamline processes and ensure smooth operation of infrastructure.
- You stay updated on upcoming Workfront product releases, assess their impact on current BayWa r.e. work processes, and coordinate necessary system changes.
- You lead change management initiatives and instruct users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Workfront platform.
- You continuously work with teams to design, configure, and build out Workfront to support the business entities project workflows, for improved efficiency and adapt to evolving department and business operations.
- You act as the primary Workfront Administrator and point of contact for internal teams and Workfront users.
- You gather user feedback to continuously improve system usability and optimization.
- You analyze Workfront data to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and support strategic decision-making.
- Successfully completed (technical) university studies, e.g., in computer science, business informatics, or comparable vocational training.
- Relevant professional experience in SaaS implementation and deployment, with experience in Workfront or similar Project Portfolio Management platforms highly valued.
- Technical expertise in single sign-on (SSO) setup, API interface setup, and system diagnostics.
- Ambition to learn light coding to support technical requirements.
- Basic understanding of Business Process Model Notation (BPMN).
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a positive and progressive approach to stakeholder management.
- Proven experience with Adobe Workfront, Fusion, and REST APIs by designing custom workflows, automation, and reporting dashboards within Workfront.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with heightened attention to detail.
- Proficient in written and oral English.
